about job: the turning point

new job / earning / challanges

setelah sekian lama berkutat di project based company akhirnya gw mulai masuk ke industry based working environement.
lho, emang apa bedanya? is it real big differences?

hmmm, lets see. coba saja :

• few versus huge number of employee
• huge versus few stack of jobs
• vague versus ditinctive role of work
• good versus better sallary
• less versus more career opportunity
• and so on.. and so on..

i dont want to talk about earning and looking like executive white collar, that is a shallowish talk. but there is something more principle.

back again. why you bother of it all, hence those two are basically mean something: $MONEY$
am i saying as a consultant i have huge pile of jobs with less earning? NO. bukan itu artinya.
tiap orang punya pandangan tersendiri terhadap etos kerja dan lingkungannya.
you may not bother with stressfull, hard working environment because you capable of this and got a good pay ..and at the end of the day you find yourself lying in the ward for health treatment *ugh* or worrying about reduced health and preciuos lifetime.
i spent years at project base company. a small one, but still with pride and dignity. doing all the work on just a small team of powermind and dirty hands. resting all the project at smile happy customer faces and watch the system works make me contented. i left the project rolls sustainably and leave some good trace of name, hopefully and maybe :) .

but enough is enough, i treat whole years work as process of mind and knowledge building. times come to leave it all and
get another suitable working environment based on my path experiences and self future projection.

so, here i am. as an employee of a company which have thousand employment, the challenge is a big DifferenT.
what am i intend to do? what is my plan? what is my future projection? what..what..what..the hell..

sedarhana saja. phsycologically, gw tidak berbakat untuk berusaha pada bidang niaga. so, one option had dropped. sedikit kelebihan yang gw miliki adalah technical matters, ambisi untuk menguasai ilmu personal management *anger management kaleee.. :P *, sedikit pede dan sedikit analytical condition (all geek must have better).

opportunity and experience lead me to join a telecommunication based industry, which i already give a good marks to begin with. starting a job as a staff doesnt make me loose enthusiasm. it will be a long process to go up and hard. terutama untuk menyeimbangkan friends-also-partner around me dan career-will-kill-partner on the other side.
