To go for absolutely free hassles along the way, I have to ensure the car is ready.
Some preparation had been taken:
- Replace rear old tires, using second hand but still in good shape and has 1013 production footprint. (1013, if you know what that mean then I know you are a petrolheads or at least a tire-inspector).
- Change timingbelt and engine worn seals. I found out cam seal and crank seal leaked, so all are replaced, along with pumpsteering belt, alternator belt and AC belt.
- Rear shock and antirollbar bushes replace.
- Intake radiator hose
- Re-setting ignition firing to 10 degree BTDC.
- Cleaning ISCV and throttle intake.
- Reconditioning wiper arms assembly, put some grease to reduce contact friction.
- Replace rear speaker :-D ... I have a jbl 2way split lying around and found a good place to producing some good sound... trunk spaces.
